There's actually nothing really Valentine-y about this class, honestly. It's just a great opportunity to do a co-ed MELT class at Northwest Women's Fitness. The members get to share MELT with their male friends and loved ones, and men and women can both experience the ahhhh of self-care.
Whether you're new to MELT or you've been doing it for years, this two-hour workshop is a perfect opportunity to give a little love to your body. OK, there was something a little Valentine-y about that.
